With other salesman, there were numerous visits to lots, runaround conversations, false deals and annoying text. Then in one magical phone conversation, Steve ended my search, found the car I wanted, gave me the deal I was looking for and won my loyalty. Other dealers tried to make competing offers to win me away, but the interaction with Steve was so solid I stuck with him and I'll continue to make him my go to for all future car searches for friends and family. There are some experiences that leave you feeling seen, heard, respected, and cared for. Steve has taken the practice of selling cars and transformed it into live art. The amount of security I felt having Steve walk with me through this process is indescribable. Not only is Steve personable, genuine and knowledgeable. You can really tell that he is dedicated to providing an exceptional and memorable experience. He was fair, he was honest, he was intentional. Of course other things were offered like extended warranties, but that was my choice to say yes or no.
