Steve Denson has been my dedicated salesman for at least 2 decades, l've bought 4 or 5 vehicles now, and referred family and friends to him. I completely trust Steve and trust his advice, usually l just call him up, say which vehicle l want, and before l know it, it's there! One of the most important things, as a woman, who buys trucks, is that he gives me the information l need, and has never talked down to me, both of which are a BIG deal. He's also able to do the financing at incredible rates, and things are just easy, working with him. A month ago l came in and really needed advice, as this time, l wanted an economy car, with the best mileage possible, and l buy Toyotas because of their unbeatable reliability. Steve guided me toward the Corolla Hybrid, and, even though there wasn't one in stock, was able to find one that l could look at, to make sure it was what l wanted. Steve, this is really just a letter to you. I've worked with several dealers, ranging from 8 to 11 hour deals but you were just phenomenal. I leased a 2026 Toyota Sienna yesterday whilst turning in my Honda Odyssey that had a minor accident and honestly I was worried about how it would turn out. Steve was completely transparent with the rates, how much they would pay me for the odyssey, my credit score and the whole spectrum. This man is a man of integrity. Steve, thank you for letting me get my new car in such a speedy transaction and being patient with my wife since she was late to come to the dealership and have a 2nd test drive. You are amazing kind sir. You were fair, honest and the best car salesman we have ever dealt.
