With other salesman, there were numerous visits to lots, runaround conversations, false deals and annoying text. Then in one magical phone conversation, Steve ended my search, found the car I wanted, gave me the deal I was looking for and won my loyalty. Other dealers tried to make competing offers to win me away, but the interaction with Steve was so solid I stuck with him and I'll continue to make him my go to for all future car searches for friends and family.
