He was transparent throughout the process, which made us feel comfortable and confident in our decision. I leased a 2026 Toyota Sienna yesterday whilst turning in my Honda Odyssey that had a minor accident and honestly I was worried about how it would turn out. Steve was completely transparent with the rates, how much they would pay me for the odyssey, my credit score and the whole spectrum. This man is a man of integrity. Steve, thank you for letting me get my new car in such a speedy transaction and being patient with my wife since she was late to come to the dealership and have a 2nd test drive.
