He was very patient with all my questions and answered them with detail. He gave us time to walk around without rushing us. We made the best decision with his help and are now happy owners of a brand new 2019 Rav4!! Did I mention this is the 9th car my family has purchased from him? Amazing experience Steve was phenomenal. I had called ahead to let him know that I wanted the Camry LE 2019. He had it prepared, I came in, did a test drive, and within Steve was phenomenal.
