Steve was very patient it worked with me very well and when he asked another employee to grab something they were on it. They worked quickly and efficiently i am pleased. I bought a used 2015 Prius which they had a couple on the lot. I did spend up to 4 hours at the dealership from the time i met and shook Steve and to my last paper signed with a financial advisor. thank you Steve and Hamer of Toyota. More
