The best experience I’ve had in over 30 vehicle purchases. My wife and Idecided on a 20022 Infiniti QX60. Steve was excellent to work with over the 4 month order/wait period. Steve got that vehicle through multiple other handlers and to us in mint condition two days earlier than promised. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase. Found a great deal online for my Tesla Model S at Luther Infiniti of Bloomington. Inquired and was contacted by Steve Difore. I was an out of state shopper and wanted to fly in to view the vehicle prior to signing. Steve was upfront about the deposit process to hold the vehicle, the current condition of the vehicle, items that were set to be reconditioned prior to my arrival and step by step details as each objective was completed. The vehicle was ready upon arrival just as he estimated. Dan and Steve worked hand and hand throughout the paperwork process making it painless and very simple. They were very detailed and didn't attempt the stereotypical salesmen shuffles. Starightforward and offered an even more streamlined process for an out of town buyer. I just had the privilege to fly in but had I not, I feel the process would have been just flawless as they offered online DocuSign. The dealer uses Central Dispatch for delivery which also allowed transparency, and peace of mind during the shipping and delivery process! In conclusion, if you're thinking of buying a car from Luther Infiniti of Bloomington....Steve Difore is your guy! Highly recommend for sure!
