Great service experience As a relatively new used-Ferrari owner, I was anxious to take my car in for its first annual service. Having worked with Steve Fordham several years As a relatively new used-Ferrari owner, I was anxious to take my car in for its first annual service. Having worked with Steve Fordham several years ago as my service advisor on a prior vehicle, I knew that I would be in good hands. After a detailed inspection by Chris, Boardwalk's resident 360 guru, Paul Frey called me with the list of recommded items. Paul took the time to walk me through all the things my car needed now, as well as "watch list" items that could wait for a while before addressing them. Paul allowed me to come in the shop to talk with Chris and take a look at my car while it was up on the lift. The Boardwalk Service Team kept me well informed throughout the service process and, as a result, they have a very satisfied customer. Kudos's to the entire Boardwalk Service Team! More

Great Service When I heard an unfamiliar noise in my car, I stopped in at Boardwalk one day, completely unannounced. One of the techs was able to help immediately. Lindsey spent a lot of time answering my questions and showing me the different cars that were available. She also did a great job of listening to my wants etc..
