Our conversations enabled me to feel very comfortable buying a car from Boardwalk. Brian shared with me the benefits of buying from the dealership and the client relationship that he helps create. Lindsey spent a lot of time answering my questions and showing me the different cars that were available. She also did a great job of listening to my wants etc.. Steve was a very honest about the servicing needs of the car and about how to maintain the car. All three of these Boardwalk employees made my decision to buy from Boardwalk very easy. I was referred to Boardwalk by a coworker (fellow Audi enthusiast) for service on my Audi S5. After emailing my questions to Steve, he responded quickly with detailed answers to all of my questions. After clearly explaining everything, he scheduled my appointment for me, with only a day's notice. Then, because of a scheduling conflict on my side, I had to reschedule. Steve couldn't have been more flexible and accommodating for my schedule. When I arrived - I was in and out in quickly, with only a quick review of the work being performed. They kept me informed of progress and completed the work in the estimated time frame. When I picked up the vehicle, it was detailed and ready to go. Steve reviewed the work with me, making sure I was satisfied, even detailing tiny details that I wouldn't have expect most shops to even notice, much less review with the customer.
