Excellent and accommodating I called Steven with a screw in my tire. He was able to get me in and provide me a ride back to work. Service Dept. Other than a tech by the name of Steve and the counter when I went there I am sure I would have never gone back again. First, I call for an oil chang Other than a tech by the name of Steve and the counter when I went there I am sure I would have never gone back again. First, I call for an oil change about the middle of March and was told I would have to wait two weeks before they could fit me in. Next I keep getting emails and phone calls about my air bags needing to be replace by Mazda the company that there is a danger with the system failing. Next I call in December and ask to make an appointment to have the work done and was told they had no replacement kits, and they would call me when it comes in. The holidays came and gone, then another call in mid January to your service dept. and was told to bring it in a few days ( I believe by Steve ) to have the work done. Why did Mazda keep calling and emailing me when it had taken over a month to get the work done? Furthermore who wants to wait two weeks to get an oil change, are you that busy, if so I do not need to drive ten miles to your repair center when there is another Mazda dealer just ten miles from me heading North from my home. More

Exceptional Recently moved to the area so this was my first time visiting Flood Mazda. While all of the Mazda’s I have used have been positive experiences, Wakefi Recently moved to the area so this was my first time visiting Flood Mazda. While all of the Mazda’s I have used have been positive experiences, Wakefield was particularly exceptional. Everyone I interacted with was kind and personable, someone even came out to the car to walk me in because of the construction. Would highly recommend, if even just to be by the beaches! More

Excellent, as Usual I had a battery replacement emergency that AAA was unable to help me with. Planning ahead seems to be a skill that AAA is incapable of. Steve at the I had a battery replacement emergency that AAA was unable to help me with. Planning ahead seems to be a skill that AAA is incapable of. Steve at the service desk was so accommodating when I called to explain my problem. He had the info that there were batteries available. He gave me (as it turned out) an accurate estimate of how long it would take for the work to be accomplished. This was information that AAA seems to consider a state secret. I was completely satisfied with the work and the wonderful attitude of the face of the service department, Steve Furtado. More
