I always feel like I neglect my Mazda by not getting it cleaned every week, but with my busy schedule, i'm relieved to hand over my keys to the Flood Mazda team knowing that my CX5 is always its good hands and will be treated just like a brand new car. Steve recognizes me because he has handled most of my services done here. He has always worked with me, even when my CX5 was getting fixed, he provided a loaner car. Great Experience upgrading my nav system with Android Auto I was really pleased that Mazda offered this upgrade, even though my car is a few years old. I scheduled my service ahead of time, and Steve explaine I was really pleased that Mazda offered this upgrade, even though my car is a few years old. I scheduled my service ahead of time, and Steve explained the process would take a few hours. Work was completed on time, and Jason entertained me in the employee break room to help pass the time. New nav system works great, and I'm very happy with it. The building is under construction right now, and I can't wait to see how it looks when it's finished! More
