Over the years we have bought 8 cars (5 new /3 used) from Valley Honda. Steve has been involved in 6 of our purchases. This is the first time we have had the honor of working with Kevin. Year on year, Valley Honda outshines other dealerships - including local Honda dealerships. From the salesforce, to the shop, to the parts department, Valley Honda is, without a doubt #1. Steve Grady is a wealth of knowledge concerning the Honda products. He is honest. He is not pushy. Steve is pleasant and patient. He helped us quickly appreciate all the important aspects of our new Honda Ridgeline. Steve makes buying a new car/truck easy and seamless. Kevin Hanna handled our paperwork and trade-in negotiations. Although we had just met, it seemed felt like we have known him for much longer. In the Honda tradition, he was easygoing, patient, efficient and knowledgable. In has capable hands we did our entire transaction in 1.5 hours. I visited several dealerships around the area before settling on Valley Honda and am pleased with my experience there. It was worth the drive from Chicago to Aurora (more than once since the vehicle was settling on Valley Honda and am pleased with my experience there. It was worth the drive from Chicago to Aurora (more than once since the vehicle was on back-order). Other dealerships wanted to charge a "market adjustment" and push other unnecessary features in order to purchase a vehicle and were shady in how they tried to sneak that line item past customers. Valley Honda prides itself on selling at or below MSRP, even in the current market conditions. They charged a refundable deposit to pre-order/reserve and were in regular communication until we received our beautiful new vehicle. This made me appreciate their ethics and professionalism. Because they don't try to cheat you by charging above MSRP they do have tighter margins on trade-ins, but my trade-in wasn't going to have much value regardless, so it was a fair outcome. Steve Grady was a pleasure to work with. More
