Steve was a professional. And, he is definitely an expert. He knew how to calculate the deal. He was amazing in knowing the car abilities and how to use all of the functions. Had to threaten to return my newly purchased car for them to say they have a loaner vehicle for me. Vehicle had problems the day after purchasing and was told there was no appointment or loaner available on to say they have a loaner vehicle for me. Vehicle had problems the day after purchasing and was told there was no appointment or loaner available on short notice. Once i threatened to return the vehicle all of a sudden they found a loaner car for me both times. I also had to bring the vehicle in 2 times in the same week for the same issue for it to be fixed properly. At the end of the day they did fix it, but took multiple trips and threats. Will not be purchasing another vehicle from here More
