Where do I begin. ... My wife wanted this specific car the 2024 GR86 Trueno Edition. Only 860 of these were made and finding one was a little tricky... We live in Wi ... My wife wanted this specific car the 2024 GR86 Trueno Edition. Only 860 of these were made and finding one was a little tricky... We live in Wildwood, Missouri and I ended up locating one in transit to Toyota of Des Moines... I called the dealership and got an excellent Salesperson Steve Hennigan. Steve reserved the car for us and promised to keep us in the loop every week on the progress of its arrival.... (Steve absolutely delivered on his promise) Weekly updates and the car was Delivered to the Dealership on June 18th... We were however going out of town on vacation that week but scheduled the pickup for Tuesday June 25th.... The only problem Steve was going to be on vacation so we would not got a chance to meet him in person. We flew back to St. Louis on June 24th and the very next morning my wife and I hopped another plane and made the trip to Toyota of Des Moines.... We were offered to be picked up from the airport but opted to decline and just take an UBER (This was a really nice offer)... Upon arriving at the Dealership at 12:30 PM we were greeted by such a professional reception staff.... They Alerted our substitute salesman Bob and the Finance Manager Ryan. They took us to view the new car.... then into the office to sign the paperwork.. I was impressed that it took no more than 15 minutes to finish and proceede to the delivery area to go over the car.... Justin was the next person that took care of us.. He went through all of the details on the car inside and out.. and was very thorough. (And Bonus he knew where we lived his Mother is from there) The car looked Beautiful and was cleaned and ready for its new owner. This experience was by far one of the easiest and most enjoyable purchases I have ever had to do.... I guess what I am trying to say is if you are local to Des Moines or even if you are out of state I highly Recommend Toyota of Des Moines. They are the definition of Professionalism. Thank you Team you made this whole process stress free..... More
