EFAST Had an appointment for 9:15, got there a little early. Checked in and was told it would be 30 to 45 minutes. With an hour, we negotiated a price, including trade in, which was very fair. We picked up the Highlander a few days later. The final purchase experience was equally pleasant and efficient.
