I had a pleasant experience with everyone I dealt with for this recent purchase. I dealt with Steve about 12 years ago and just happened to call about a Grand Highlander to visit about the shortage of th for this recent purchase. I dealt with Steve about 12 years ago and just happened to call about a Grand Highlander to visit about the shortage of the vehicles. In visiting with a couple other dealerships I felt comfortable with Steve . He mentioned I should get on their list which I hesitated doing but finally in September I decided to go that route. Time was running out on the 2025 vehicles and I knew we wanted to trade before year end. Within about three weeks of making the $500 deposit, Steve texted me that they had a 2025 Gr. Highlander but it was a platinum addition (I was looking for the limited). I came to the dealership the next morning for a test drive. It was the color my wife wanted and we negotiated a little bit and within a couple days, I made the purchase. There was no pressure involved at all….. More
