Best car buying experience ever I've always heard about the fantastic service this dealership provides so this time we decided to give them a try even though there was a major dealer I've always heard about the fantastic service this dealership provides so this time we decided to give them a try even though there was a major dealership 2 miles from my home. We even went there first and had a vehicle picked out. But we went to Roush anyway because of the available selection and their reputation. From the second my wife walked in the door this dealership was far and above the best dealership, we had ever visited. They were better than friendly, it almost felt like they were family. We ended up purchasing a 2015 Odyssey They were helpful in every way and I mean in every way. My wife and I have purchased well over 25 vehicles since we have been married and this was an experience like few others. Without a doubt, they will have our business from this day forward. Our sales person Terry Sopp and the Roush management were first class. As a side note, I just purchased a 2015 Lexus ES 350 4 months ago from a new online car buying company because I heard the experience was hassle free. It was an easy experience. but no doubt, I wished I had chosen Roush. Thanks for all you guys did for us More

Roush Honda better than Lindsay! Murphy Williams has worked with my wife and I on 3 separate leases now and he is the main reason I switched from Lindsay Honda to Roush. But the level of professionalism and care shown by the entirety of Roush Honda is why I will never go back! They've made everything about leasing a much more enjoyable and easy experience. I wanted a white Civic hatchback sport and several employees worked for a couple weeks with other dealers and myself to find one and get it for me. Refreshing change!! We had visited another big name Honda dealer in Columbus mainly because we had dealt there before. We knew what to expect...back & forth between sale We had visited another big name Honda dealer in Columbus mainly because we had dealt there before. We knew what to expect...back & forth between salesperson & manager..."if we, will you" type of conversations designed to pressure you into a commitment. Trying to be nice after an hour of this, we were finally able to leave and went directly to ROUSH HONDA. Talk about culture shock! It was a completely different atmosphere ~ we felt NOT pressure, welcomed like family and the place just simply felt right. In less than an hour, we had a test drive, appraisal, negotiated a little bit and had a VERY FAIR deal put together! It was SO refreshing to work with someone that didn't make you feel like their next meal laying on the desk! Jim Hartsook was great to work with and his manager Steve Kantor really made us feel like friends that just happened to buy something from them. We will definitely go back and we're done with the "big boys" down the road. Totally different business philosophy, and it fits us very well! More

I had never had a "fun' car buying experience before. When I have gone to buy a car in the past it left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I meant to go to the new car building but walked into the used car When I have gone to buy a car in the past it left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I meant to go to the new car building but walked into the used car sales and met Angel Milanov immediately. What a charming man he is and I loved working with him on this. I found the car I wanted for a price I love and it was more of a car than I probably could have afforded new and only had 20,000/miles on it. As all Honda drivers know, that is just broken in. Angel introduced me to Steve Kantor who worked with me (not against me) on price and then Ben Maclam worked on finance and had me sign all the papers. As it was, I spent the whole afternoon and drove out with the car of my dreams. I am switching my service and always coming back. Go to Roush Honda for your next car. It will be a great car buying experience! And your will probably be faster. More

I filled out a pre qualify application on-line just to see if I had a chance to get approved. Though it took 4 days to receive a return phone call. I was approved and from that point on the customer service far exceeded my expectations. Jim Hartsook worked really hard to get me financed it took him most of the day I was pleased to find out that his hard work paid off. Every person on the team worked hard and Jim even fought for me on my trade. They knew how desperately I needed a safe vehicle for me and my family. I am pleased that it was Jim who got my call- however I am sure all the sales persons are excellent. The Manger Steve even came over to congratulate me. More
