Our vehicle was sent to you for repair from German Chrysler jeep, and was not done correctly. We had to take it to Jerry Ulm body shop to get it fixed correctly. We will never take it back to Ferman a Chrysler jeep, and was not done correctly. We had to take it to Jerry Ulm body shop to get it fixed correctly. We will never take it back to Ferman again for anything. Too bad you had to get involved. More

Lack of communication was one of the biggest problems. I understand how busy the service center is but I did not have my truck for over 10 days. I dropped it off early hoping to get it seen early but knew I understand how busy the service center is but I did not have my truck for over 10 days. I dropped it off early hoping to get it seen early but knew at least it would be seen on the day of my appointment. Then come to find out it wouldn't even be seen until the next day where the main mechanic was not even there to look at it. Whoever is the main on answering phones in the service department is rude too and seemed annoyed when I would ask about my truck even though it should have been seen on the day of the appointment anyway. I did like Steve though once he took over there was better communication for the most part. I also just had to replace two of my tire pressure sensors after i had just changed the rear one a month ago they were both working fine before I had to take my truck in for the previous service. I think all the resetting the sensors may have caused issues and caused the replacement to be needed. More

I had appt for 200pm Monday. At 530p I got the call that truck did not make it in to shop. Can I leave it overnight. I get a call on Tue 130 pm. I’m told my rotors have to be turned and brakes shaved down. $386. Dollars. I go p/u my truck. Oh sorry, it will require new rotors. We don’t have them in stock. Oh great!! We can get them in 3 days. You can come back. NO THANK YOU. Two days wasted More
