Great, speedy, and kind customer service, the technicians exhibited patience and were very straightforward and upfront about the status of the repair. However, I ended up with a crack along my windshield tha exhibited patience and were very straightforward and upfront about the status of the repair. However, I ended up with a crack along my windshield that wasn’t there before. I would have appreciated some honesty there and maybe a free repair since it wasn’t my doing. My husband was in ICU and my FOB was lost and I couldn't leave, they literally drove the paperwork for me to sign not only once but twice, Amy and the whole team their was top notch and definitely will be i leave, they literally drove the paperwork for me to sign not only once but twice, Amy and the whole team their was top notch and definitely will be in my mind when I'm ready to upgrade to another car again!! 5 🌟 stars all across the board!!! I had to find my own part at another dealership, take it to Ferman , then return the core to United Chevy in Brooksville. They made no attempt to locate the EGR Valve. They left the engine cover laying in t to Ferman , then return the core to United Chevy in Brooksville. They made no attempt to locate the EGR Valve. They left the engine cover laying in the backseat of my Volt. I had to return to Ferman Chevrolet to have the technician put it back on. They said he never left it off and I must have done it myself. Really??? More
