Great experience. Everyone was very helpful. BMW can just be pretty expensive. Some of the recommendations I feel are unnecessary. Didn’t get title issued in order to get plates in time consistent with state law prior to temp tags expiring Didn’t check the roof for all the adhesive from new car wrap and had to bring back. Car had known issue with battery at time of sale now can’t charge/use hybrid function. Emails go unanswered. Salesman has been great. Rest of process not good. More
