Excellent buying experience from BMW of Toledo and client advisor Steve Kizewic. I purchased a 530i online, flew to Detroit airport where the dealership had a driver waiting for me. I was even ahead of sch advisor Steve Kizewic. I purchased a 530i online, flew to Detroit airport where the dealership had a driver waiting for me. I was even ahead of schedule and Dave the driver checked and made sure he was early. I was on and out in about an hour. Great service! More

I cannot say enough good things about my certified pre owned sales experience at BMW of Toledo! The salesman and sales manager worked constructively with me to craft a deal that would work for both parti owned sales experience at BMW of Toledo! The salesman and sales manager worked constructively with me to craft a deal that would work for both parties. We encountered a couple of challenges during the final process of closing out the financing. Instead of stopping the deal, the finance leader took direct initiative and solved the challenges in an efficient, effective and professional manner. Finally I left property in the former leased vehicle. They made sure to track me down so I could retrieve it. I can't say enough about everyone at BMW of Toledo! More
