After looking for a Kia Soul in several different towns in North Carolina to no avail. I ended up coming to Wilmington to pick up my mother and go search for her a used Kia Soul at some of the places she h in North Carolina to no avail. I ended up coming to Wilmington to pick up my mother and go search for her a used Kia Soul at some of the places she had seen advertised online. After searching all day at many cars lots I ultimately made the best decision I could have ever made. I turned into Coastal Kia and we started looking on the lot at the nice selection of Kia Souls that they had. I was coming from Greensboro NC and checked several dealerships between there and Wilmington and no dealership between the Coast and the Piedmont had such a great selection of new and used cars as Coastal Kia. When I saw this, I knew that I was in the right place with the right people. The other thing that made this day better was the salesman that came out to talk to us. His name was Steve Kramer and this guy was genuine, honest and sincere. I am retired military and have brought cars all over the country but this is the best experience that I ever had buying a car. Steve had no hard sales techniques, quick lies or shifty looks but a man that could look you in your eyes shake your hand and get you the best deal he could. And that he did!!!! My mother got a brand new 2022 Kia Soul for less than the prices that those other dealerships were trying to sell us a used one for. Steve should be rewarded and treated well at this dealership because this man is the real deal and make real deals. It is hard to find a dedicated sales person like Steve, whom is not only interested in making a sale but wanting to put the customer in the right vehicle for them at the right price and they leave with a smile. Coastal Kia is a top-notch dealership and I stand behind them and will put them up against any Kia dealership, simply said they are the best. More
