I came to Coastal Kia looking to purchase my first Car, and was immediately greeted with a warm welcome by Steve Kramer. I was not sure of the vehicle I wanted but Steve helped tremendously. I felt no pres and was immediately greeted with a warm welcome by Steve Kramer. I was not sure of the vehicle I wanted but Steve helped tremendously. I felt no pressure and he was easy to talk to and very professional! He even checks in sometimes to see how everything is going and how I am liking the Car and I’m loving it! Best decision ever. I will definitely be referring some friends and family to Coastal kia! More

I clicked the FACEBOOK link and Steve Kramer encouraged me to come on down…when I arrived I was greeted by Steve personally who assigned a sales associate to work with me to figure out what would work with me to come on down…when I arrived I was greeted by Steve personally who assigned a sales associate to work with me to figure out what would work with my budget. I cannot believe the SUPERIOR customer service given by Kelvin Swinson! He was straightforward in dealing with me. He explained ALL points of getting into a new Kia! Absolutely recommend purchasing a vehicle from Coastal Kia! Michael Mascavage in Finance worked out great workable payments. More

Really impressed! Very Clean, very friendly, very upfront about everything. The waiting area was spotless! They even have snacks, Drinks, and Coffee while you wait! Steve Kramer was amazing. ..again! We've purchased 3 new Kia's with coastal Kia and he has always gone above the job to get us in the car we wanted. When I told him I wanted th ..again! We've purchased 3 new Kia's with coastal Kia and he has always gone above the job to get us in the car we wanted. When I told him I wanted the K5 but don't think I'll be approved he had me approved in 15 minutes. He answered we very single question I had and explained everything. The finance guy also explained it all perfectly. I will always stay with Kia and always with coastal Kia, because Steve has always made it so stress free, no pressure. Thanks everyone at Coastal Kia! More
