My experience with the dealership was like a fairy tale. I must say I felt like a princess. Long story short I called on a Friday morning looking for a Telluride which at the time I found out how very diffi I must say I felt like a princess. Long story short I called on a Friday morning looking for a Telluride which at the time I found out how very difficult they were to get. While I was talking to Steve my sales person a truck pulled up with two SUV’s on it. We’ll need I say more. I just got lucky and my car was delivered that day in my driveway at 5 pm. They took my older Kia back and that was that. I had never even seen a telluride. My daughter recommended it. Purchased sight unseen and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Steve and thank you Coastal Kia. More

Wonderful service and was able to purchase the car with no added fees. The staff was personable and helpful with the paperwork. I'm really happy with my Firecracker red Kia Soul. I named her Ruby.
