Complaint: 12/11/23 I Michael Eugene Bully got a recall notice in the mail last month from Hyundai Corporate office stating that my 2007 Sante Fe had a recall for a leaking oil pan. I noticed before that, notice in the mail last month from Hyundai Corporate office stating that my 2007 Sante Fe had a recall for a leaking oil pan. I noticed before that, my battery kept draining so I called this Hyundai dealer in Motor City and they called me in a couple weeks ago for an inspection. During the inspection they found the leaking oil pan and also the oil from the oil pan leaked inside the alternator. So the alternator became bad due to the oil leak which caused the battery to also drain. So the technician Falepa set up my an appointment to replace the oil pan and replace the alternator plus put a oil cover over the alternator for December 13th. I called off of work for the 13th so here's the kicker. Falepa called me today 11/13 and informed me that the alternator was backed up so we have to reschedule for a later day after they receive the alternator. This was very incompetent, unprofessional, dishonest, and no integrity because why Falepa didn't just make the initial appointment after they received the alternator in the first place which caused me to miss work for no reason plus I'm also scheduled to go out of town to see my Mother, Grandkids, and daughter on December 22nd thur the 26th to spend Christmas with my Family and I was planning to drive my Sante Fe out of town. Falepa claimed they couldn't find a simple alternator but there's over a hundred Hyundai dealers in the state of Colorado so I find that very hard to believe. I even offered to ask my job Worldpac that sale warehouse auto parts but Falepa claim the parts have to come straight from the Hyundai dealer. So I told Falepa that I would be calling Every Hyundai dealer in the state in the morning to find that simple alternator and if I find one, I will be next day airing it to your store and he said okay. This sucks! I heard bad things about this Hyundai dealer but I decided to try them out since they're located close to my house. I also told Falepa that I should get some type of compensation for making me call off work for nothing which made me miss money. If they don't find a simple alternator before Christmas I do Not recommend Anyone to do Any business at this Hyundai dealer. Thank you. Respectfully Yours; The Bully Family More

We were looking to sell our family's old Toyota mini-van and we were able to send photos for them to look at before driving down to the dealership. Once we arrived at the dealership we were offered water an and we were able to send photos for them to look at before driving down to the dealership. Once we arrived at the dealership we were offered water and snacks while they appraised the vehicle. Once that was done they gave us a good offer on the vehicle and were very upfront on why they quoted us what they did. We were pleased with what they offered us for an older vehicle! The GM Steve and our sales person Dillion were very helpful and easy to work with! More

I have been in sales my entire life. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior as I have with Phil Long. We recently purchased a vehicle here and bought from a young lady, Monica Siga experienced such unprofessional behavior as I have with Phil Long. We recently purchased a vehicle here and bought from a young lady, Monica Sigala. She was absolutely delightful and had all sorts of awards behind her desk proudly on display for all to see. Having now dealt with her boss, Andrea, the store manager, as well as several of the finance managers, I am disgusted to find out how this place really does business. There is zero follow through, over promising and WAAAAY under delivering, horrible communication and absolutely no integrity within a mile of this place. I could not be more disappointed in my purchase, I will never do business with Hyundai again (this was our 3rd) and the thought of going here for any maintenance makes my stomach turn. Do yourself the favor of shopping around and avoiding this establishment. More

Difficult times, easy process! We were worried about our income due to the corona virus pandemic. We had a high payment, newer car we were upside down in. Dealerships are being forced to work remotely since government mandated showrooms be closed. Severt responded quickly to my request for vehicle information, asked all of the pertinent questions, texted and emailed what I needed, LISTENED to what we wanted to accomplish, and with the help of management, made it happen! We spoke to 3 other dealers who either couldn't or didn't want to work with us. The entire sales process was different for all of us due to restrictions, but they worked through the hurdles to provide not only the product we needed and wanted, but gave the highest level of customer service while doing it! I work in commission sales in another industry so realize the stress involved on the sales side of a business. Severt is extremely professional and caring and I would recommend seeing both him and this dealership. More
