I visited this dealership to evaluate the trade-in value of two vehicles. When we arrived, both cars were operating perfectly with no warning lights. After the dealership completed their inspection, both ve of two vehicles. When we arrived, both cars were operating perfectly with no warning lights. After the dealership completed their inspection, both vehicles SUDDENLY showed check engine and multiple service lights at the exact same time — something that had never happened before. This was extremely concerning and immediately damaged my confidence in the inspection process. After some time, the staff told us the issue was caused by “communication errors” and that both vehicles were fine. While I appreciate that nothing was ultimately wrong with the cars, the situation felt unsettling and raised serious questions about what happened during the inspection. Purchasing or trading a vehicle requires trust, and unfortunately this experience did not leave me feeling comfortable enough to move forward with this place. I would encourage future customers to take a picture of your cars to show no warning lights and everything is fine before you hand your keys to them!!! One star only for sales guy named Red who has been super nice during the visit. More
