I love my Volvo! !! I went from a Grand Cherokee to an VC 60 and I am so thrilled I made the purchase! Otto was great to deal with; laid back, not pushy. He kept me !! I have had several Volvos serviced at Secor Volvo for decades. I don't remember a time when I was dissatisfied with the work done on the car. First of all I bought Lotus, not a Volvo, so I don’t know Steve. This word counter sucks. I dealt with Kayleigh at Lotus and she was not good, not acceptable at all. I am disappointed.
