My experience was pretty good here. I came in to get a key fob and 2 metal keys. They got me in and out pretty quick and were super helpful. I was charged $230 for a simple diagnostic check. Before I dropped my car at Walker Ford I asked if they will be doing a full inspection. Under the car, brakes, tires. Axels, transmission. Ect. When Before I dropped my car at Walker Ford I asked if they will be doing a full inspection. Under the car, brakes, tires. Axels, transmission. Ect. When I got the car back. They only did a check engine diagnostic and kept my car for a week. I could have easily done the check engine diagnostic at my job for free or went to Autozone. I am not happy with the service I got from Walker Ford. I honestly would like a refund or to talk to a higher person in charge. More
