Two different parts ordered wrong I purchased a 2018 Ford Explorer on the 10th 2019. It was supposed to be picked up a week earlier but when they went to install the new tow bar, they I purchased a 2018 Ford Explorer on the 10th 2019. It was supposed to be picked up a week earlier but when they went to install the new tow bar, they found out not only did they bring in the wrong one but not until after a hole was cut into the bumper for it lights hook up. So had to order the correct hitch package and a new bumper. The head rest in the 3rd row where broke, wrong parts ordered agin, after two trips they were finally installed, but the leather was torn during installation, so back again to get that repaired. More

Anytime I hand to take my vehicle to be serviced, I know I’m going to receive the best service possibly! It saddens me that I will be moving to Kentucky in September because I can’t see another Ford dealership catering to my needs as this one does! I’ll be popping in periodically to say heyyy!
