Get a second opinion when they recommend you for the service Brought my car for regular service, the dealership recommend me for changing the timing belt and fix the spool valve leaking. I told them I did my ti Brought my car for regular service, the dealership recommend me for changing the timing belt and fix the spool valve leaking. I told them I did my timing belt somewhere else before. The inspection report still said that I need to replace the timing belt. This really makes you think if they actually look at your car when they recommend anything. Then, they tell me the spool valve is leaking and if I dont fix it right away, it will make my alternator fail. This sounds so serious so I asked how much and it turns out $1300. So I turn it down since I never see any oil leaking on the ground before. Today, I got a second opinion. I do have a leak indeed; however, I was told that this is such a minor leak and the repair is not necessary. If I have to take care of it, the spool valve gasket is only $15 for the part. $15+ service vs. $1300!! Minor leak that is not necessary vs. immediately attention is needed!!! After these two recommendation, I personally ask myself should I even listen to their recommedation next time! In general, the customer service representative is very nice and friendly. However, I feel they are trained to sell the service like this! Especially those days that they are not busy and do not have much customers! More

Tried to charge us twice for oil changes.Service manager poses as a sales managerand tells us the offer is not valid.Do not purchase a car from this dealership and think you're getting free oil changes!We will be going elsewhere for our service on our Honda. I will definitely never go back nor recommend anyone to go to Freehold Honda. Please be aware, very unfriendly. I will Never return after purchasing three car here. More
