Great place to take your Honda for service. Easy to make an online appointment. Service advisors let you know what you need. They don't try to push any unnecessary services on the customer. I'm happy with the service on 6/30/20. Steve is friendly, warm and patient even I declined some recommended services and spent little money on this visit. I was very satisfied with the dealership and the gentleman Steve in service who helped me. My car was serviced and I was given a discount and it was done I’m less than an hour. I was a little upset due to the fact that I have been leasing Honda’s since 1985 and I also got 3 oil changes as a gift and in NJ at your dealership I didn’t even get one fee one. More

Aside from my service representative, I’d have to say that I could not be any more unhappy with the service that I received. I came in to have an issue looked at on my 2019 Honda Fit, which was not recti that I could not be any more unhappy with the service that I received. I came in to have an issue looked at on my 2019 Honda Fit, which was not rectified. Instead, I was given a wheel alignment and an oil change, which took 2.5 hours to complete. I ended up taking my car to an independent mechanic, who spotted the issue within 5 minutes and subsequently fixed it 10 minutes later. He also mentioned that it looked like no wheel alignment was performed on my vehicle, pointing out the untouched tie rods as his evidence. Oh, and by the way, the issue that I needed fixed ending up being the exhaust pipe pushed up against the floor of my car, which eventually would cause the floor inside my vehicle to set fire. I seriously question the level of competency of the mechanics working for Honda because the issue was very noticeable and should have been able to be fixed in under 2.5 hours (i.e., it took an independent mechanic 10 minutes to identify & correct). Finally to pour salt on the wound, it cost me $235 during my 2.5 hours at Honda Freehold, whereas the independent mechanic charged me $35 to correct the issue. I’m mostly at loss for words to describe my feelings about the money spent during my visit, except that I could have just withdrew the money from an ATM and slid it into the sewer. I would have saved 2 hours of my time by doing so (the other .5 hours would have been spent going to the ATM, withdrawing the funds, and finally sliding the money into the sewer). I hope other customers are more pleased with their level of service because unacceptable would be kindly describing the service I received. More
