Tyler kept me informed with the repairs needed for my Odyssey. I left the vehicle Sunday through Saturday for the repairs as I was on vacation. Tyler had the vehicle assessed and called promptly with t Odyssey. I left the vehicle Sunday through Saturday for the repairs as I was on vacation. Tyler had the vehicle assessed and called promptly with the fix. He ordered the parts and said it would be no problem to have the vehicle ready for pick up Saturday. I also had a complete detail scheduled (that would happen after the repair, since the repair was priority). This detail was negotiated when I purchased the car. When I went to pick up Saturday, it was Tyler's day off. The man I dealt with from the beginning was very short. I advised of picking up my vehicle; he looked and said "well it's not ready" and "did you get a call it was ready?" Very blunt and with rudeness in his voice. I said no, but Tyler said it would be ready no problem for Saturday pick up. He said "well if we didn't call, it's not ready" and was going to turn me away. I advised it had been here all week with an appointment, the parts were in, it should be fixed. He said "hold on" and checked in the key box where my keys were. Took my key fob I had with me to program it, so I waited. He came in to let me know it was ready so I went to the shop to get my vehicle. He made all kinds of excuses that Tyler should have written up the invoice and basically how it was Tyler's fault. Still with attitude, blunt. He also said that Tyler's quoted service amounts and his did not match, and he'd need some time to look into it. I received my invoice and presented a 10% off service coupon. More attitude from the service guy "well now I have to redo the invoice". Invoiced. Paid. Left. Disgusted by the treatment. Now for the "detail": I get home to inspect the detail I received. It's not a detail. Basically just wiped down the dash, vacuumed the floors and seats and sprayed some fragrance. There were stains on the floors that weren't even attempted to be removed. The tires were shined, but the rims were barely cleaned (a pitiful attempt). And they scratched my dash where the paint is, so now there's a mark where it will most likely continue to peel. And the rubber cover around one of the knobs for the heat/AC is missing - completely gone. Who's going to replace that? After you got over $1400 from me, I guess I'll just have to pay to replace/repair the issues your dealership caused. Overall, VERY disappointed with my service. VERY disappointed. I will NOT be coming back for service. I will NOT be coming back to purchase vehicles. We're currently in the market for a new vehicle and possibly trading mine in. My family has bought from your dealership consistently for the last 25 years. My parents stated that when their salesman, Ben Harshbarger, left that they never received the same service again. None of us will be returning. We've decided we will be be breaking our consistency and purchase from another dealership. I will go out of my way to avoid this dealership. More

My only issue is that as soon as I left, my car was chugging. I returned and it was fixed but one of the spark plugs had a crack in it. I have always looked over my parts before I replace something. And if the vehicle would have been test drove after the repair, they would have had a second opportunity to catch the issue. More
