Didn’t do a good job as a technician, service advisor tried the best but still not really help to solve the problem. The dealer should focus on customer service which taking a good care of the vehicle in tried the best but still not really help to solve the problem. The dealer should focus on customer service which taking a good care of the vehicle instead of trying to add more services and didn’t care about customer concerns. They should aware that not all of customers are stupid and know nothing about cars. My Mini cooper got valve cover gasket leaking, engine is vibrating, transmission got warning, but non of them got notice by technician, even i did remind them several times, they still ignored it and tell me “ the vehicle is good “ …also, i did tell them check my car coolant not one but third times, at the end when i received the car, my coolant still low…very disappointed about how they treating customers, and there ignored about the car problems. More
