Over the years, I have owned 30 some new cars. Mini's Service Department is so far and away the best ever. They're the reason I've been driving Mini's since 2012 and will continue to do so. They are courteous, thoughtful, provide loaners when needed, do a great job of explaining what's needed before performing the service and provide very transparent pricing.
