I went to the service department first thing in the morning and met Steve, a service manager. He was incredibly helpful and worked my car into the service schedule. In a matter of hours my car was fixed and we were ready to continue on our trip. The team had come through for us and I can’t be more appreciative. The entire team was friendly and courteous, an absolute fantastic experience when we were really in need. Thanks again to the team and I would give them all the highest possible rating. Unlike my local dealer at home this team made me proud to be a mini owner. I highly recommend St Louis Mini, so much so I’ll buy my next Mini from this dealer to support their business and customer focused approach. More
