Never have been good. Left my car there for a tailgate recall about 2 months ago for 2 days. They said it would only take a day. Went to have warranty work done on the front end and they stripped the bolts. Had to go back again. Took them 5 weeks to get the parts. Bad customer service........ More

Took my 2018 Grand Cherokee in for Media Diagnostics. The Service Department had to order the part. Said it would be in sometime "next week". Left my vehicle with them while they ordered the part as it is ab Service Department had to order the part. Said it would be in sometime "next week". Left my vehicle with them while they ordered the part as it is about an hour drive from my home to the Dealership. Six days later in the morning, they call to let me know the part came in. Later that afternoon they called to let me know the vehicle was ready. I had an Extended Warranty that they sold me when I bought the Vehicle. They handled everything. The part was covered under the extended warranty and all I had to pay was the deductible. I found it very satisfying dealing with Ourisman CJDR of Clarksville. More
