Steve enjoys spending time with his wife Jennifer, his 2 kids and their dog Molly. Steve enjoys relaxing at the beach and watching the waves. Other hobbies are fishing, hunting and spending time just enjoying nature. Steve has a few rules that he thinks everyone should live by, 1. Treat everyone with Dignity, Honor and Respect. 2. Always be True to your word. Once you loose it, it's gone. 3. Lastly and most important, women are always right and men are always wrong and when you here the phrase ( I'm Fine ) I assure you it's the calm before the storm. Steve has had over 20 years in the Service Writer Industry and knows how to deliver excellent Customer Service.

Being a family owned dealership it seems that the service advisers know the customers and they are taking care of them in a timely manner since not being Corporate owned ! I highly recommend using the Dayto advisers know the customers and they are taking care of them in a timely manner since not being Corporate owned ! I highly recommend using the Daytona Toyota Service Center for all of your vehicle maintenance and Service needs. More

Person very rude, and condescending, would not acknowledge us when we first went to desk. I was with my sister and he treated us both the same way. He also told her to stop talking at one point. He tried to say we had never been there, then he found account. He proceeded to say battery was out of warranty by 8 years when in fact it was seven, very argumentative, wanted to be right. No regard for customer. When it was near the end and I saw the car was now in parking space I went in to desk to ask if it was done. His response was "I guess you are like the people who can't wait for their food at a restaurant and have to get harrassing the counter people" I WILL NEVER work with him again. I do not think he has customer and people skills. When you are in those positions, you have to know how to read people, and respond properly. Every case and person is different. Very disappointed and both my sister and my son asked me why I did not go to the General Manager.....I wish I had and I still plan to make a phone call. No one should be treated like that. More
