Steve enjoys spending time with his wife Jennifer, his 2 kids and their dog Molly. Steve enjoys relaxing at the beach and watching the waves. Other hobbies are fishing, hunting and spending time just enjoying nature. Steve has a few rules that he thinks everyone should live by, 1. Treat everyone with Dignity, Honor and Respect. 2. Always be True to your word. Once you loose it, it's gone. 3. Lastly and most important, women are always right and men are always wrong and when you here the phrase ( I'm Fine ) I assure you it's the calm before the storm. Steve has had over 20 years in the Service Writer Industry and knows how to deliver excellent Customer Service.

Service Dept staff worked as great team to get me in and out efficiently. I dropped my car off so I could go to work. No one let me wait longer than a couple seconds before asking if I needed help, includ out efficiently. I dropped my car off so I could go to work. I have always found the service department at Daytona Toyota very accommodating well versed in customer service. I have been a customer for 20 years and recently changed service managers as Howard retire Toyota very accommodating well versed in customer service. I have been a customer for 20 years and recently changed service managers as Howard retired. Steve seems to be picking right up where Howard left off. More
