Steve enjoys spending time with his wife Jennifer, his 2 kids and their dog Molly. Steve enjoys relaxing at the beach and watching the waves. Other hobbies are fishing, hunting and spending time just enjoying nature. Steve has a few rules that he thinks everyone should live by, 1. Treat everyone with Dignity, Honor and Respect. 2. Always be True to your word. Once you loose it, it's gone. 3. Lastly and most important, women are always right and men are always wrong and when you here the phrase ( I'm Fine ) I assure you it's the calm before the storm. Steve has had over 20 years in the Service Writer Industry and knows how to deliver excellent Customer Service.

Great experience as usual. Went in for a factory recall and got 6 month service done. Fast, courteous and extra precautions were taken like covers for keys, steering wheel, handles, etc due to corona virus and got 6 month service done. Awful experience, was not busy and it still took more than two hour, ( oil splash incident). The on the way home I stop to get gas and all the power in the car went out. I called and they were sending me than two hour, ( oil splash incident). The on the way home I stop to get gas and all the power in the car went out. I called and they were sending me someone and while I was waiting I checked under the hood and the black cable to the battery was so loose it wasn’t connecting. I tightened it wit my had and I had power again. I called back and canceled the assistance. I was rushed and late for work and there was nothing wrong with my truck to start with. More

Horrible customer service at the dealership. Ready to place blame wherever they can but at themselves. Had my oil changed at dealership since I purchased the vehicle. After driving 268 miles my motor sta place blame wherever they can but at themselves. Had my oil changed at dealership since I purchased the vehicle. After driving 268 miles my motor started knocking then seized. Checked the oil and oil level was low. Had vehicle towed home at my expense. Talked to service advisor Steven Robinson. Said we will have it towed in and looked at. After phone call from him he told me engine is locked up. Told me wasn’t their fault. Nobody there could tell me how much oil actually goes in the vehicle. I told them 7.2 quarts you have 5 on my paperwork. I looked back at all my paperwork and they have been putting 5 quarts of oil in my vehicle every oil change. There are 6 platforms to my vehicle. One platform being a 2.0 coupe that takes 5 quarts. My vehicle is a 5.0 sedan special edition that takes 7.2 quarts. They said they JUST PUT 5 quarts on the paperwork for all vehicles. So my receipt says 5 quarts, and th can’t prove they put correct amount of oil. So taking necessary steps to have this dealership own up to their mistakes. Next will be an attorney which seems pretty clear. If the number don’t add up 5 quarts isn’t 7.2. Attorney William have no problem proving negligence on dealerships part. Sadly I have purchased many vehicles along with my family from the dealership. I will no long be a customer! More
