Our experience with your salesperson Steve Rossi was great. He was very helpful and knowledgeable while showing us a new Honda Odyssey. He worked with us when we had to leave the dealership to drop off great. He was very helpful and knowledgeable while showing us a new Honda Odyssey. He worked with us when we had to leave the dealership to drop off our 2 year old daughter and immediately started helping us the moment we came back to finalize the deal. He helped us obtain roof rails and cross bars for our new car and gave us a better discount on them through Costco. My wife and I really got to know more about him when we were waiting for the finance department and he did a great job helping us set up the car in the meantime. Very good experience. Our one negative for this experience was with the finance department. We felt that they were very pushy to have us pay for a extra warranty. They did not mention a 5 year plan until after we said no to the 7 year plan in order to sell the higher cost plan. At the final time of saying no the financial employee seemed done not really wanting to talk to us anymore and just wanted to get done with us as quickly as possible. Everything else was great including the very friendly front desk people helping us to sign up for the current deal going on with a new Honda Odyssey. He started filling out the paperwork for me so that I could keep a hand on my child from running off. More
