A Dealership who cares I started my search for a new car about a year 1/2 ago. I walked into the dealership greeted by Steve, not knowing Steve is actually the salesman who I started my search for a new car about a year 1/2 ago. I walked into the dealership greeted by Steve, not knowing Steve is actually the salesman who has been leasing trucks to my dad for a few years now. The first time, things did not go as planned. So here we are a little over a year later, when I was in the dealership, Steve tried his best to help me, unfortunately, again things did not go how we were hoping. a few days later Steve called my dad with an option that might work. This is so important since you have many dealerships just trying to "sell" and they do not care if you like it or can afford it in 6 months. Steve asked me multiple times if I "love" the car and can see myself in it for many years. That's the personal service you want when you are investing in something. He also looked at every possible rebate that he could help to help lower the cost. A+++. The finance manager, Anthony, was also wonderful as he thoroughly explained the many options I had with warranties and GAP. He also personally called the banks to push for better rates. This is not your "Typical" dealership. You become a part of a family when you buy here. More
