The salesman tried his best to push a different truck on me, going as far as to write up an offer sheet. I asked if they'd be willing to throw in a tonneau cover. He said no, but maybe $250 towards one. I left for a couple weeks, and when I came back, they had the truck I was interested in ready. I started the paperwork on it, and asked again about the cover. He was still ok with $250 towards it, but wanted to just put my old one on the new vehicle. I went along with that, but noticed some scratches on the tow hooks. I asked if they could at least replace or repaint those. He said he would get back to me. I purchased the vehicle, and a couple weeks went by without hearing back. I purchased a new front tow hook, and the salesman agreed to have their guys put it on for me. Edit: After speaking to the salesman, I found that he was limited on how much he could help me, adding that each department gets billed by each other. He stated that he was busy, and admitted that was why he didn't get back to me right away. More
