The truck I was interested was not ready yet. I was told it needed some scratches buffed out. He said no, but maybe $250 towards one. I left for a couple weeks, and when I came back, they had the truck I was interested in ready. I started the paperwork on it, and asked again about the cover. He was still ok with $250 towards it, but wanted to just put my old one on the new vehicle. I went along with that, but noticed some scratches on the tow hooks. I asked if they could at least replace or repaint those. He said he would get back to me. I purchased the vehicle, and a couple weeks went by without hearing back. I purchased a new front tow hook, and the salesman agreed to have their guys put it on for me. Edit: After speaking to the salesman, I found that he was limited on how much he could help me, adding that each department gets billed by each other.
