Another Great Buying Experience!! Close to 5 years ago, I went to Capistrano VW just inquiring about a Jetta. That's where I met Richard McAllister for the first time. He was very nice and answered absolutely every question I had about different models and such. I ended up purchasing the car a week later and Richard finalized everything. The time had finally come to help my son get into a new car. He suggested a Jetta so we ventured down to Capistrano VW again and as we walked in with the intention of asking for Richard, there he stood. Again, he was very professional and knowledgeable about all the models we spoke to. This was my son's first car buying experience and as he was driving me home in his new car, he mentioned to me that Richard explained absolutely everything to him and there was zero confusion about anything. Kudos to Richard and Capistrano VW for keeping us satisfied customers!! (PS: I still have my 5 year old Jetta too and I love it!) More

Dropped off my leased vehicle with Richard on Saturday and he was very accommodating with the drop off and did not pressure us to buy or lease anything new. We came back on Sunday to ultimately purchase a Jetta (which is running great so far) and we were pleased with how knowledgeable and helpful Richard and everyone at the dealer was. The whole transaction and negotiation was very transparent and could not have been any easier. My dad and I like how Capo VW does business and expect to be back in the future. More
