We now decided to buy out the leased vehicle because we really like it. Chuck was our salesman and he was great - friendly and helpful. The two men in finance were also friendly and easy to work with. Our only minor issues were that it was their first day using a new digital signing system so we were there for over 4 hours instead of the “couple” we were originally told, and after the service department did a 100-point check and out the car on the charger, we got it back with an error message that said “needs service” (they quickly and happily remedied that though). Oh, and I think their receptionist was not happy to be there on a Saturday, she was sullen and just short of rude. Overall, this is one of the best auto dealerships I have ever dealt with, so thank you, Capistrano VW! More

We had a specific vehicle, we were interested in, a 2019 Volkswagen eGolf SE. We test drove the vehicle and several questions we had were answered at the dealership. Some questions regarding electric vehicle Federal Tax Credits, State & Utility Provider rebates could not be answered by the dealership due to these programs constantly changing, expiring, etc. All of the employees we made contact with were professional, pleasant to speak to, and they were honest & respectful in advising me to research the various rebate & incentives, etc. to answer questions we had about these various programs. It was a very pleasant experience for us at Capistrano Volkswagen. We are excited to have purchased a new car from them and look forward to avoiding those long lines at the gas station! More
