I purchased a new Honda from this dealership in December. While the salesperson was initially polite, the overall experience was highly problematic and raises serious consumer-protection concerns. I spent a substantial amount of time negotiating pricing with the salesperson, believing we had reached an agreed-upon price. However, it later became clear that those numbers were effectively disregarded. The finance manager completely overrode what had been discussed and presented different pricing. Critically, these final numbers were not clearly disclosed or explained at the dealership. I only discovered the discrepancy after getting home and reviewing the contract documents from the flash drive provided. The final vehicle price was several thousand dollars higher than what had been agreed upon. When I contacted the dealership the following day to ask why the price differed, I was not given a clear or legitimate explanation. This lack of transparency, combined with undisclosed pricing changes, is deceptive, unethical, and borders on illegal business practices. There were also serious concerns regarding financing. The interest rate initially presented to me was extremely high. Only after I stated that I no longer needed the car did the rate suddenly decrease. This raises troubling questions about whether fair and accurate rates were intentionally withheld, which is unacceptable in a regulated consumer transaction. The level of customer service further reflected a lack of professionalism. The salesperson did not thank me for the purchase and did not walk me to the vehicle. In addition, he lost important paperwork that I specifically requested as part of the purchase process. This transaction left me feeling misled and taken advantage of. I still feel unsettled by the experience because it felt like being pressured, misinformed, and misled in plain sight. I did not expect this type of conduct from a Honda dealership, and it is deeply concerning that such parasitic practices continue to exist. More

My son and I were at the dealership for over 6 hours. . our finance person tried to scam me and offer me 20% interest rate. Somehow it came all the way down to 6%?
