Steve Sorensen was an outstanding salesman who went above and beyond helping me to purchase a truck. Being an out of state customer, he provided an amazing virtual experience sending videos to me above and beyond helping me to purchase a truck. Being an out of state customer, he provided an amazing virtual experience sending videos to me of different trucks until I found the one that I wanted but I it needed to have a ladder rack with two aluminum ladders on the back of box . Steve ordered the ladder rack and had it installed on the truck for me. He kept me informed throughout the whole process. When it came time to get the truck, I flew to Chicago and Steve picked me up at the airport and drove us back to the dealership to finalize the paperwork. Steve was so helpful and personable throughout the entire process, I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle through him and would highly recommend him to future customers. More
