Exceptional Service Received from Terry Sanders After a long day I went to Phillips Chevrolet to turn in my loaner car and pick up my new Chevy Cruse which had been in for undercoating. What a painl After a long day I went to Phillips Chevrolet to turn in my loaner car and pick up my new Chevy Cruse which had been in for undercoating. What a painless experience Terry Sanders made it for me. I didn't know where to go and was just kind of looking around as I waited in line at the cashier thinking that might be a good place to start. As I stood there I watched him interact with customers and was highly impressed with the level of service and professionalism he demonstrated with such a humble demeanor. He noticed that I was standing in line and he came up to me and asked if there was anything he could do to help me along. I explained my situation and he immediately jump in, took control and got me in and out in no time at all! So polite, so professional and so service focused. He over delivered!! What an asset he is to Phillips Chevrolet!! What really impressed me the most was that he came up to me... I didn't have to seek him out for direction. He read the uncertianty on my face and immediately jumped right in to help. Our credit was horrible but because of there good wording with the bank we got our first brand new car. I would not go anywhere but this place.Steve was great had patience with our loud 2 1/2 yr old and asked us if we needed anything while waiting for the process to end. Happy Birthday to Me. Wanted to do something different for my birthday, so I went out to test drive a few cars. I test drove 2 SUVs and before I knew it, our salesman, Steve Sorenson, made us an offer that we couldn't refuse and I went home with a 2014 Traverse. Before leaving Steve showed me how everything worked on the vehicle. The whole car buying process is entirely too long (we were there for over 5 hours), but Steve made it bearable. We have been a customer of Phillips Chevrolet for almost 10 years now. We have an outstanding relationship with Robert Noer, who is now the Commercial/Fleet Sales manager at the Frankfort location. Robert never hesitates to assist us with any need we have even though he is now on the Commercial end. After a few conversations with my husband, and Robert’s knowledge of where my husband works and his commute, Robert offered us a 24 test drive to ensure this vehicle would, in fact, meet our needs. Robert then set us up with Steve Sorensen who assisted us with the sale. Steve answered all of our questions, addressed all of our concerns and provided us with some comic relief during the long, tedious process of car-buying. Steve went out of his way to address me and speak to me directly, even though this car was for my husband; which was very much appreciated (when we purchased my car 3 years ago, the salesman we had only spoke to my husband like I wasn't even there). Steve was able to secure us as a customer and we highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. More
