What a painless experience Terry Sanders made it for me. I didn't know where to go and was just kind of looking around as I waited in line at the cashier thinking that might be a good place to start. As I stood there I watched him interact with customers and was highly impressed with the level of service and professionalism he demonstrated with such a humble demeanor. He noticed that I was standing in line and he came up to me and asked if there was anything he could do to help me along. I explained my situation and he immediately jump in, took control and got me in and out in no time at all! So polite, so professional and so service focused. He over delivered!! Our credit was horrible but because of there good wording with the bank we got our first brand new car. I test drove 2 SUVs and before I knew it, our salesman, Steve Sorenson, made us an offer that we couldn't refuse and I went home with a 2014 Traverse. Before leaving Steve showed me how everything worked on the vehicle. The whole car buying process is entirely too long (we were there for over 5 hours), but Steve made it bearable.
