We have been a customer of Phillips Chevrolet for almost 10 years now. We have an outstanding relationship with Robert Noer, who is now the Commercial/Fleet Sales manager at the Frankfort location. Robert never hesitates to assist us with any need we have even though he is now on the Commercial end. After a few conversations with my husband, and Robert’s knowledge of where my husband works and his commute, Robert offered us a 24 test drive to ensure this vehicle would, in fact, meet our needs. Robert then set us up with Steve Sorensen who assisted us with the sale. Steve answered all of our questions, addressed all of our concerns and provided us with some comic relief during the long, tedious process of car-buying. Steve went out of his way to address me and speak to me directly, even though this car was for my husband; which was very much appreciated (when we purchased my car 3 years ago, the salesman we had only spoke to my husband like I wasn't even there). Steve was able to secure us as a customer and we highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. More

We went in to Phillips Chevrolet this November for the second time this year to purchase a vehicle. Back in April Steve sold us a new Chevrolet Sonic (which we love) and returned for a second vehicle. We second time this year to purchase a vehicle. Back in April Steve sold us a new Chevrolet Sonic (which we love) and returned for a second vehicle. We called Steve on a Wednesday. We had thought he had told us back in April this was his day off, and it was. We told him we would come in to see him on Thursday and he said to my husband that he would be there with in the hour to meet with us. He came in on his day off to help us find the perfect vehicle again. This time we purchased a 2013 Chevrolet Equinox. Our only regret is that we probably will not be back in there to buy another need vehicle again for a while. Steve gave us the best possible deal and we couldn't be happier. The fact that he came in on his day off, even though we would have waited another day until he was there was above and beyond the call.
