Steve Sousa and others I worked with at Colonial Cadillac were excellent! I live in Denver and was buying a particularly hard to find car that Colonial happened to have in stock. Steve was very responsive, walked me through the process of an out of state purchase, arranged delivery, and followed up with me several times after the car had been delivered. He eased my concerns about a long distance purchase. Also, seems as if Colonial does the right thing. I was a definite purchaser, ready to put my money down, but another person had made an appointment to look at the car prior to my call. Colonial went forward with my purchase only after the other buyer had had a chance to see the car. If I didn’t live in Denver, would use them again. More
