I was very thorough in my search for a car (to put it mildly) and he helped me try out and test drive like a thousand cars. He also answered my hundreds of questions. He had many suggestions for cars I might like and I ended up deciding on the car he thought I might like the most. Steve Stein, the finance guy, has been there for over 30 years and he was wonderful also.
