To be brief the first car I bought was from Klaben Motor Sales in Cuyahoga Falls Ohio , I paid the car off and was looking for something newer when I called the Klaben Financial Team they recommended I call and talk to Don Jospeh (which was another great experience) they had an awesome deal at the time that I couldn't pass on so I bought the new vehicle fast forward about 3 years I made a mistake and went to another dealership and bought a vehicle thinking I was making a good decision, wrong I ended up hating the vehicle and I turned to the Klabens once again who took care of me for the 3rd time. so if your in line for a new vehicle please dont waste your time anywhere else and just go see Don Joseph and the Klaben family. Oh and I can't forget to mention Steve Stephen's we joked around and he made huge efforts for the deal to go thru again I want to Thank Everyone at Klaben Chrysler Jeep and Dodge and also Autoloan you guys have made me a very Happy Customer!! Very limited selection of Wranglers I went in to buy my leased Renegade but found out it would cost the same to lease a new Wrangler. I was ecstatic but I wanted a yellow Wrangler, I’ve I went in to buy my leased Renegade but found out it would cost the same to lease a new Wrangler. I was ecstatic but I wanted a yellow Wrangler, I’ve dreamed of owning a yellow Jeep Wrangler. There were a limited number of 2 door Wranglers to choose from, like only five. I ended up leasing a Wrangler Unlimited and am having buyers remorse. I found the yellow Jeep Wrangler at a competitor that was a few miles away. Although my salesman was super nice and friendly I wish I would have looked around for the yellow Jeep of my dreams that was just miles away. I would prefer to lease or buy my Wrangler at Klaben I have to be honest...their selection is limited. More

Instead of looking for the problem, they put us into a different model, because it could have been apart of a bad batch. After driving the new Compass on the road, the ignition is day and night compared to the first car. Normal Dealerships would let the sale go once final, but these guys were generous and kind enough to satisfy the customer. Although it was a very nice vehicle, it didn’t give me that same Jeep “feel” as my Patriot. Lucky for me, Klaben had a beautiful blue Jeep Patriot, low miles and although I test drove it, it really wasn’t necessary because I knew it was the car for me! Now comes in my pal Carl Esker. He is knowledgeable, patient and so laid back, he doesn’t need the high pressure sales tactics that you get at most other dealerships. He makes the whole buying experience fun! If you want one of the very best salesman around, ask for Carl. You won’t be disappointed! Also thanks to Brian in finance. Another low pressure guy, who doesn’t try to cram the add-ons down your throat. He explained them thoroughly, but understood the word no, and the one I did take, he informed me of the benefits and features of having it! Thanks Brian! More
